MatMaCorp is a developer of standard and custom test kits for detecting targets and/or single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Our proprietary C-SAND method is ideal for detecting SNPs or genetic mutations, as well as insertions and deletions.

The 5´–3´ exonuclease activity of Taq polymerase combined with labeled probes (commonly known as TaqMan probes) are utilized for the detection of bacteria, virus, fungi or any RNA or DNA sequence of interest.

Whatever your needs are, assay kits can be completely customized, and the reagents are supplied dried (lyophilized).

SNP Detection

For fast and accurate evaluation of informative SNPs in the field or in the lab, MatMaCorp’s C-SAND assays offer affordability, flexibility, and ease of use. Whether it is for detecting a causative mutation linked to a genetic disease in humans or a SNP that is in linkage disequilibrium to a trait of interest in animals, reliable and robust tests can be developed quickly.

Target Detection

MatMaCorp’s Real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) based method is useful for rapid and reliable detection of viruses, bacteria and other types of pathogens. The RT-qPCR assay uses fluorescent probes to quickly and accurately detect targets in the field or in a laboratory. Whether it is the RNA from a Coronavirus or genomic DNA from a parasite like Plasmodium, sensitive and robust tests can be developed for detecting targets from various sample types.
